What Our General Pest Control Visits Cover
Last updated: October 2026
NewMexico Pest Solutions provides the pest services described in your estimate or service agreement. General Pest Control may include inspection of accessible areas, identification of common pest activity, and treatment of listed pests using methods and locations agreed with you.
The exact work depends on the property, the pest, and the written scope. Exclusions can include structural repairs, sanitation or cleanup, wildlife removal, extensive infestations, and treatment for pests or areas not named in the agreement. Those tasks require a separate written estimate and your approval before work begins.
All pesticide use must follow the product label and applicable law, including the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act and the New Mexico Pesticide Control Act, NMSA 1978 Sections 76-4-1 through 76-4-40. Applicators must hold any required New Mexico license under 21.17 NMAC.
We follow label directions for use and container disposal, along with applicable hazardous-waste rules under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. The New Mexico Department of Agriculture oversees pesticide regulation in the state.
Setting, Changing, or Canceling a Visit
Appointments are arranged by phone, email, or another method offered by NewMexico Pest Solutions. We will confirm the scheduled date and any arrival window we can provide.
Please make sure we can access the agreed treatment areas, and tell us about access limits, pets, or other conditions that may affect the visit. Follow any preparation or re-entry directions we provide for the specific service and product; pesticide labels govern where and how products may be used.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible and before the appointment. Any cancellation charge or notice deadline applies only if it was disclosed and accepted when the service was booked.
If access is unavailable or conditions make the agreed work unsafe or impractical, we may need to reschedule. A request to add pests, rooms, buildings, or treatment methods changes the service scope.
We will explain any resulting price or schedule change and obtain your approval before doing additional work.
Written Estimates and Payment Terms
An estimate describes the work NewMexico Pest Solutions proposes, the property or areas covered, and the quoted charge. It is based on the information available at the time and may need revision if an inspection reveals different conditions or you request additional work.
An estimate is not approval for services beyond its stated scope. We will explain material changes and obtain your consent before proceeding with added work or charges.
Payment is due as stated in the estimate, invoice, or service agreement. Before booking, ask us if the payment timing or accepted methods are unclear.
You are responsible for paying undisputed amounts for authorized services. If a question arises about an invoice, contact us promptly with the relevant details so we can review it.
No particular price, payment plan, or financing offer is promised by these terms; charges are those disclosed and accepted for your service. Any tax or other applicable charge will be shown in the estimate or invoice where required.
Written Terms Govern Any Service Warranty
NewMexico Pest Solutions does not promise a general warranty or a fixed period of pest-free results through these terms. Pest activity can depend on conditions outside a service visit, including entry points, nearby sources, weather, sanitation, and changes to a property.
If a specific service includes a workmanship warranty, follow-up visit, or other written coverage, its duration, covered work, and requirements will be stated in the applicable estimate or service agreement. That written document controls the coverage offered.
Unless written coverage says otherwise, additional visits or treatment are not automatically included in the original charge. Coverage may not apply to pests, areas, or work outside the agreed scope, or when access is denied, preparation directions are not followed, or conditions change after treatment.
Nothing in this section changes pesticide label directions or applicable legal duties. Contact us with your service details if you believe written coverage applies; we will review the agreement and explain the next steps before scheduling any additional work.
Responsibility for Service-Related Losses
NewMexico Pest Solutions is responsible for performing authorized work with reasonable care and in accordance with applicable requirements. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for a claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue.
This limit does not apply where prohibited by law, or to responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed conditions, pest activity outside the agreed treatment scope, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Pesticides must be used according to their labels under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act and applicable New Mexico law, including the New Mexico Pesticide Control Act, NMSA 1978 Sections 76-4-1 through 76-4-40. Required applicator licensing is governed by 21.17 NMAC.
Product handling and disposal must follow label directions and applicable requirements, including the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act where relevant. The OSHA Hazard Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200, applies as required to workplace chemical information; it does not replace pesticide-label obligations.
Questions About These Service Terms
For questions about these terms, an estimate, or scheduled work, contact NewMexico Pest Solutions at (877) 729-2528 or info@newmexicopestsolutions.top. You may also write to Albuquerque Plaza, 201 3rd St NW, Albuquerque, NM.
Include your name, service address, and appointment or invoice details so we can direct your question. Please do not email urgent safety concerns; follow the product label or contact the appropriate emergency service when needed.
We may update these terms to reflect changes to our services or applicable requirements. The current version will be made available through our website or provided upon request.
For an existing appointment or service, we will communicate a material change that affects the agreed work before it takes effect for that work, and obtain approval where needed. Updates do not change a completed service agreement retroactively.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Daniel Ortega
Service Expert at NewMexico Pest Solutions
I started in pest control in Albuquerque, where I learned how quickly ants, scorpions, and rodents can find their way into homes through small gaps and desert-adapted landscaping. I built this company to give New Mexico households clear pest identification, careful treatment, and advice suited to our dry summers, monsoon rains, and varied building styles.
